New Delhi: The question mark now hangs on the fate of more than 150 Afghan soldiers and military cadets who are currently undergoing training in India, with the Taliban quickly captures the control of the country that is confined to land after virtual ways against virtual forces against troops.

On average, around 700 to 800 Afghan soldiers per year attended a short duration course “tailor” for them in different Indian military companies for more than a decade now.
“Moreover, 80-100 cadets come for pre-commissioning training in IMA, Ota and Nda every year.
Even though we train cadets from many other countries starting from Bhutan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka to Vietnam, Myanmar and Tajikistan at our Military Academy, people -Afghan people are mostly from foreign cadets, “said an official.
The head of the Afghan army General Mohammad Ahmadzai, in fact, is scheduled to visit India at the end of last month to seek further encouragement in military assistance and training to the war-stricken country.
