‘Afghanistan doesn’t want conflict with any country, including India’

Islamabad: Afghanistan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi, in an interview with BBC Urdu, has said that his country does not want to conflict with other countries, including India.
He added that the Emirates of Islam now controlling all countries and Daesh (militant Islamic group) has been eliminated from most Afghanistan.
“We do not want Afghanistan to have conflicts with other countries or have challenges that arise that can affect our nation.
When we participate in the Moscow conference, Indian representatives, Pakistan and several other countries are also present.
We have positive conversations with New Delhi and others,” Muttaqi answered when asked about relations with India.
Calling Daesh Threat, Minister of Afghanistan said the Taliban government had eliminated it from the country’s main part.
“Previously, 70% of Afghanistan was under the control of the Emirates of Islam and Daesh only had the presence in the area ruled by former Afghan government.
After the Taliban took over, the government took effective steps to control them and limit them to certain areas,” Add it.
The Minister of Afghanistan further said that his country had acted as a mediator between Pakistan and Tehreek-I-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) which was prohibited from the desire of both parties.
“Both parties have not reached an agreement, but the process has a good start, leading to the announcement of a ceasefire throughout the month,” Muttaqi said, adding that he hoped the process would not face future obstacles and that the relationship between the Pakistani government and TTP would improve .
Eliminating the impression that women were expelled from education and work in the office in Afghanistan, Muttaqi said: “Women have 100% inclusion in the health sector.
They are also in the education sector.
They work in every sector where they are needed.
Our government has not served any officials Women who have worked under the previous government.
“” We do not have such a policy to deny women their rights in any field.
Their salary, and opportunities for education and work, are also not affected, “he added.
Muttaqi claims that the Taliban government has fulfilled the demands of the international community for inclusive government.
He said that since the Afghan government consisted of representatives of all regions and ethnicities, the world must recognize it.
“The powerful Afghan government consists of staff and workers from previous set-ups which reach around 5,00,000.
If the world has recognized the previous government as an inclusive government, so why don’t we? If they mean the cabinet that represents all regions, then we have Minister of Panjshir.
People from Badakhshan, Farab, Kandahar, Nangahar and Kabul are also present in the cabinet.
Therefore, every country has its own definition of inclusive government, “he said.
