KABUL: The Department of Education of Paktica Province on Sunday ensured that there were no secondary school graduates in the last 20 years of the region.
According to the Ministry of Education, there were no graduates of high school in the last 20 years in five Worombai districts, Tarwi, Dilda Khoshamand, Naka and Barmal in the Southeast Province of Paktika, reported Tolo News.

“Our focus is currently in fields that lack absolute access to the right (education), we try to give them their rights in the right way,” said Head of the Paktica Education Department.
Tribal Forers said that due to lack of secondary school and the poor education system thousands of youth lost education.
According to students from these districts, families who are in a good economic condition send their children to the provincial capital, Sharana, to continue their education but the families struggle with severe economic conditions cannot send children – their children to the capital.

Elder tribes call the Taliban to build schools and provide educational opportunities for residents of these districts, reporting Tolo news.
“We do not have high school graduates in the area and some Paktika districts.
We called Talibam officials to build schools for us,” said Abdul Rahim, an elder of tribal in Khoshamand.
Paktika is along the Durand line in southeast Afghanistan.
