Mumbai: The police who dismissed Sachin Vazze, a accused of in the case of the murder of the scare bomb, has transferred the default bail application in a special court citing a failure to the part of the National Expenditure Agency (NIA) to submit a court sheet in the stipulated time.
Vazze, who was arrested in March, recently moved applications that are looking for a bail claiming Nia failed to submit the cost sheet within 60 days.
Special Court has, on June 9, given two more months to Nia to file a charging sheet.
Vaze has questioned the extensions given to Nia and the court have maintained a problem to hear on July 22.
The explosive SUV was found near the South Mumbai house from Industrialist Mukesh Ambani on February 25 and Thane-based entrepreneurs, Mansukh Hiran, who had claimed that he had a vehicle, was found dead on the river on March 5.
