Mumbai: Manish Soni, was arrested in connection with the recovery of an explosive SUV near the residence of Industrialist Mukesh Ambani and the murder after Mansukh Hiren’s businessman, has transferred a guarantee request before the Special Nia Court in Mumbai while saying his rights are “illegal”, said his lawyer , Soni was arrested on June 17 along with Satish Mothkuri and a former Pradeep Sharma meeting specialist in connection with this case.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) told a special court on Monday that Soni “accidentally” was responded to in judicial detention by the Judge Court, where he went to record a statement of confession.
Soni’s lawyer Rahul Arote said the detention was “illegal” when the defendant was sent in the custody guard without being produced before a special court.
“This application has been filed in the field that he illegally returned by the court (Magistrate).
Therefore, pray for guarantees,” Arote said.
Nia previously told the court that Soni and Machkuri allegedly killed Hiren and threw away with the help of accused of others.
The murder was part of a larger conspiracy and committed to the orders of the former police Sachin Waze and Pradeep Sharma, he said.
In addition to Waze and Sharma, Riyazuddin Kazi and Sunil Mane police have also been arrested in connection with the case of scare bombs and then dismissed from police services.
Nia also caught former Police Police Vinayak Shinde and Cricket Bookie Naresh Gor in this case.

The explosive SUV was found abandoned near Anilia Residence Ambani in South Mumbai on February 25 this year.
