At the meeting on Monday, administrative officials decided to notify the new circle level on August 19.
The price of circles in Noida, Greater Noida and the parts of the district most remain unchanged since 2017 because of the conditions marked by subject.
“The administration has conducted a complete survey before receiving a call on the increase,” said Deputy Inspector General Stamp and registration, Rakesh Kumar Srivastava.
“In our survey, we have found that the level of land from three industrial development authorities – Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway – higher than the applicable circle level.
Thus, the decision to climb the circle level has been taken,” he added.
Administration will significantly boost property prices in phase 3 noida.
Sector 57, 58, 59, 60, 63, 64, 65 and 67 will also be affected.
Property prices in phase 1 and 2 will be revised up too, TOI has learned.
Similarly, tariffs in the alpha, beta, gamma, beta and know will rise.
Sub-division judges from the conscious area, Prasun Dwivedi said, “the existing market situation, local factors and the dynamics of the real estate market have been taken into account.
The administration will also get a higher income.
Rates have been matched with the level of local development authorities.”
