After 46 hours, L & T restore CCTV access to the police, NMC

Nagpur: Following the intervention of the High Court, Larsen and Toubro (L & T) restored the access of the city police and the authority of the citizenship to around 3,700 CCTV cameras on Thursday, 46 hours after the server was turned off.
On Tuesday at 9:00 p.m., L & T had unilaterally drawn access to CCTV cameras for police and citizenship authorities for payment issues that were delayed.
Accessed access on Thursday at 19:00 refused access to CCTV cameras.
It was almost two hours after his meeting with the top L & T official on Tuesday.
The meeting has discussed improving CCTV software further and installing 64 CCTV cameras that are not used in Kalamna and Hudeshwar.
Immediately after, that the top police got a message from L & T officials about their decision to withdraw access to unresolved payment issues.
As the top brass began to notify the police station to stay with toes, especially near vital installations and sensitive locations, three major incidents occurred in the city on Wednesday where investigations were hampered by the absence of CCTV access.
A 69-year-old woman was robbed in the layout of Pandey, and several armed robbers attacked a family in Pardi.
The third case was two ATM thieves decking with cash RS3.65 lakh from Bank Central Avenue.
This incident was old, but the police could not access CCTV recordings when they got complaints about it on Wednesday.

Kuncian enforcement.

NSSCDCL does not have a shortage of funds for the project launched in the city,” he said.
L & T representatives refused to comment but said the service provider would follow the court guidelines and commands.
Sources said the company had to recover more than RS150.
Crore from the Information Technology Department and Home Department.
According to sources, the house department has not paid RS68 crore contributions, while Dits has default around RS100 Crore.
The NSSCDCL CEO said only videos on the inactivity system and the Command and Control Center were closed, but the supervision system throughout the city continued.
“The camera is installed in an important box, road, wifi service etc.
all, but our access to video recording was cut off,” he said.
