Hyderabad: After briefly dipped, the number of Covid-19 cases in Telangana saw a trend of increasing with the country that recorded 4,559 cases on Tuesday.
With the increasing case, the number of active cases throughout the country established at 36,269 and the total number of cases jumped to 7.43 lakh.
The death toll rose to 4,077 after the country recorded two Covid-19 deaths.
Of the 4,559 cases, 1,450 were recorded in the larger Hyderabad Municipal (GHM) corporation limit followed by 432 in Medchal-Malkajgiri and 322 in the Rangiteddy district.
A total of 1,961 people affected by Covid-19 recovered on Tuesday which pushed the total recovery since the emergence of pandemics at 7.03.008.
While the level of constant case fatality at 0.55 percent, the recovery rate fell further to 94.57 percent.
In 201 cases of Covid-19, Hanamkonda was among the district recorded a high number of cases in 145 in Khammam, 138 in Nalgonda, 112 in Karimnagar, 96 in Peddapalli and 93 in Bhadadri Kothagudem.
