NEW DELHI: Absconding diamond trader Mehul Choksi has been admitted into a hospital at Dominica.
According to the data received from Antigua and Dominica on Sunday night, the 63-year-old dealer was shot to the Dominica China Friendship Hospital at Roseau later he had been removed from custody.
Twenty four months before, he had been examined for Covid and the outcome was negative.
The information of hospitalisation was verified to TOI by several resources, both in Antigua and Dominica.
His Antigua attorney Justin Simon reported the information was right and forwarded a regional media report stating.
