After criticism, the bommai promises a new towing policy

Bengaluru: The Chairman of the Minister of Basavaraj Bommai on Sunday said the government would soon reveal a new vehicle towing policy.
This happened after several videos of company towing workers and traffic police returned vehicles in the ‘ad hoc’ and ‘illegal’ and ‘Domi Nated Social Media Space.
Speaking to reporters after respecting the respect for the free Dom hero in India on the Martyr day in the Statue of Mahatma Gandhi in Vidhana Soud Ha, Bommai said he was told about the struggle between ordinary men and personal towing companies, which had been employed by traffic police to remove violating vehicles Parking law.
“While we hope that all citizens follow the law, we will not tolerate left-handed from the towing company or the police in trying to implement it,” said Bommai.
“We will immediately issue a new towing policy for the country.” CM said he had called a meeting with the Brass Police Department, including the traffic section, on Monday to discuss this issue.
“Previously, the vehicle parked illegally was withdrawn by our own personnel, but this was then outsourcing to attract the company.
We will review the decision and find a peaceful resolution,” said Bommai.
More than 100 towing vehicles were engaged in various fields of traffic police in Bengalu.
Bommai’s statement came after a video showing the Zomato employees who walked after the puller and tried to pull the wheels.
This video is widely distributed on social media platforms.
Users have lambiled the police, while sympathizing with the shipping agent.
The incident took place at the Jeevanbhimanagar traffic police station on Friday.
Meanwhile, Hemant K, residents of New Thippasandra Off Indiranagar, who are also members of NGOs called ‘Rise for Rights’, have launched a campaign against towing staff and traffic police.
“There are many videos on social media that shows towing staff and traffic police who harass the driver.
Our NGO has launched this campaign to end the towing mafia,” he said.
NGOs have launched a Twitter campaign, requesting 200 volunteers to expose the alleged scam involving traffic police and personal towing staff.
