After delay, NU issued an online teaching notice for college

Nagpur: After a unparalleled five-day delay, Nagpur University finally issued a notification asking for affiliations and holding universities to switch to online mode, and stop offline teaching.
The Minister of Higher Education Uday Samant has stated the closure of all online classes until February 15 given the third wave caused by the Covid-19 Omicron variant.
NU Top Brass takes five days to come out with notifications asking for college to immediately switch to online mode given the threat to students, the majority are not vaccinated.
Even the higher and technical state education department has taken two days to come out with a circular after the Minister’s Declaration, NU officials said.
But delays caused confusion between the management of college, students and teachers.
Many universities remain open until Tuesday, waiting for NU notice.
Some students and teachers asked NU officials to explain their attitude, but failed to get satisfying answers.
Instead, officials passed money to the government because they delayed the choosing in this matter.
After the situation normalized last year, the NU government has allowed universities to restart offline teaching modes on October 20.
The latest notifications issued by Raju Hiwse registrar on January 8, actually posted on January 10, said students.
The responsibility of the syllabus settlement has been entrusted with the principal, the head of the department and teacher of each university.
Many students are brought to social media to express their complaints to universities and universities to force them to attend offline classes despite the announcement of Samant.
According to them, delays may have caused the spread of deadly transmission between them and the teacher, because the class was held offline for the past few days.
They really blamed the management of college and NU officials for ignoring their safety.
Some of them shared their complaints with Toi, said that universities still called them for practice, even when the government had directed everyone to shift into online mode.
