Nagpur: The Communist Party banned in India (Maois) has issued a press release that condemned the Maharashtra Relief Minister and Rehabilitation Vijay Wadettiwar to pursue his support for Surjagarh’s mining protest as one drama.
Maois has asked for his wadetion behind him.
Supporting protests is real.
They have also held Wadettiwar who are responsible for releasing the police to the demonstrators to disperse them on October 29.
Maois, who had previously stated that the Gadchiroli Minister Guardian Eknath Shinde was over the threat of the rebels as “political action”, now claiming the Wadettiwar Party (Congress) had agreed to a mining project.
They also asked questions why a minister in power needs to be involved in agitation to stop mining.
Wadettiwar, talking to the media, said he had to leave a plan to join agitation after being asked by the collector and SP.
“I have continued a letter released by Maois in my name to the House Department,” he said.
