Mumbai: Minister of Maharashtra Nawab Malik on Saturday said the detailed sequence of the Bombay High Court on the Aryan Khan guarantee application confirmed his claim that the drug case against Khan and the others were Bogus.
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Director Zonal Sameer Wankhede must be suspended following the court findings, he said.
Malik has targeted Wankhede since the NCB officially led the attack on a cruise ship from Mumbai beach on October 2 where drugs were allegedly confiscated and Arya Khan, son of Bollywood actor, arrested.
While Arya got a guarantee on October 28, detailed orders were available on Saturdays.
Malik said in a statement that the order placed a question mark on the arrest of NCB Aryan Khan.
He also repeated his guessions that Arya was kidnapped for the purpose of extortion.
Wankhede has transferred the High Court when the Rhea Chakraborty actor was given a guarantee by the High Court in a drug case suspected last year, and NCB officers will move the Supreme Court in the case of Aryan now, the Minister accuses.
“The waste of public funds like that must stop,” he said.
When contacted, Sameer Wankhede said he could not comment on the high court order because the problem was sub-too (before the court).
The officer also said he did not want to give an important meaning on Malik’s charges.
In accordance with the order of detailing justice N W Sambre on the request of guarantee Aryan Khan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant and fashion Munmun Dhamecha model, Try of WhatsApp extracted from Aryan’s telephone shows that no one was rejected to suggest that he and others have hatched conspiracy.
“There is no positive evidence of the record to convince this court that all those accused of mutual intentions agree to take actions that violate the law,” said the court.
