After the Max Rain season in Delhi, a light shower today

New Delhi: The capital woke up and flooded a strong last night on Saturday.
Safdarjung Weather Station, Delhi Pangkalan Station, recorded 138.8mm rainfall until 8:30 a.m.
– the highest rainfall in one day so far this year.
This is also the highest one-day precipitation recorded in August since 2007, according to the Indian Meteorology Department (IMD).
The last time Delhi recorded more rainfall in one day in August in Safdarjung on August 2, fourteen years ago, when recording 166.6mm rainfall.

and 21.9mm until 5.30 in the afternoon.
Lodhi Road, meanwhile, received 149mm in the morning and an additional 4.1mm for the next nine hours.
Sports Complex Station in Delhi Timur is the fourth station to record the rainfall ‘very heavy’ in the morning, entering 124.5mm to 8.30 in the morning.
The IMD claimed it was not abnormal to record the ‘very heavy’ rainfall spells in August, especially towards the end of the month.
Overall, this is the ninth single-day spell of the shower in August.
Size one day recently from heavy rainfall including 166.6mm in 2007 and 159.8mm on August 14, 2001.
The record of all time for rainfall one day in August in 1961 when Delhi received 184mm in August 2.
Monsun Delhi was in The ‘Normal’ category has so far, after receiving an average rainfall of 478.3mm between June and August 21 to the size of a normal rainfall of 417.6mm.
