Jalandhar: The Bhartiya Party Janta has said that after changing Delhi’s liquor policy to open more liquor stores in the capital, the AAM AADMI Party has now chosen the Minister of Punjab’s minister to a leader who has a long history of alcoholism.
Overcoming a press conference in Jalandhar on Sunday, BJP State Secretary General Jeevan Gupta said that AAP would encourage the Punjab youth to alcohol because the Delhi role model of liquor has been changed to open more liquor stores.
“It is unfortunate that AAP has chosen his CM face in Bhagwant Mann who has a long history of alcoholism.
Punjab requires a visionary leader who can make decisions with maturity and intelligence and not someone who has a conscious problem,” he said.
“It’s in a note that from 220 stores sell liquor to formulate a new policy and increase the amount to 859.
Does this not reflect encourage people vulnerable to have more access to liquor?” He asked.
“What about opening schools, colleges and hospitals? Aap Supremo Arvind Kejriwal is at least interested in providing good medical facilities.
