Noida: Working to fill the hole and replace the street lights has risen to the Delhi-noida direct fly even as a damaged name, the fence and toilet that continues to the arterial road 9.2 km.
Toi has been on Monday reporting how the 20-year-old living line between Noida and Delhi has been reduced to a path that is hit by a pothole due to lack of maintenance.
Noida authorities, called DND management for last week’s meeting, on Tuesday said that they had “nudged” The Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited (NTBCL) to address maintenance work on an important link.
“They have been suppressed by Noida authorities to carry out maintenance work,” said a senior official.
JYOTSNA YADAV, the task of authority-on-special, said a letter was shot to the toll road bridge where they were asked to do maintenance work well because of the road conditions “did not reach Mark”.
“The meeting was held with them around eight to 10 days,” he said.
However, an NTBCL official told TI that the work was “part of normal maintenance”.
“This is not the command of anyone, but it is a routine job carried out according to the mandate that has been given to us,” the official said.
Other officials claimed that they had begun to replace dysfunctional street lights on the loop and will repair the lights in all flies.
However, commuting claims that the flying road requires large repairs and patchy in a hurry will not help much.
“Filling the hole and replacing street lights is a routine job but we need to make sure all the work is finished.
The toilet and damaged name are still the same,” Rakesh Jha said, a commuter said.
Noida-Resident Brajesh Sharma, who travels through Flyway Dnd regularly, told toi that only a broken patch and a hole filled even when the road needed again.
“The road requires the right delegation and not a small repair.
Direct signs and toilet repairs are still delayed,” he said.
