A 50-year-old woman admitted in Buldhana died while undergoing treatment.
He is in a bad co-morbid state.
Victim Vidarbha reached 21,369 with this fatality.
Washim and Akola each registered death on Friday and Saturday.
With Buldhana on Sunday, deaths were reported from neighboring districts in the Division of Amravati.
The overall Covid condition in Vidarbha is under control.
Of the 9,500 tests carried out in the last 24 hours, only 13 were tested positively.
With 11 in bulldhana and 12 in Nagpur, 29 patients have recovered in a day.
With more recovery and fewer new cases, the number of patients is less exercising down to 152 on Sunday.
Of the 11.19,896 cases reported, 10,98,330 has recovered until the date which means the recovery rate is 98%.
Wardha continued to become a zero-covid district for the third day in a row because of all 272 negative tests.

Bhandara: One of the 330 tests carried out in the last 24 hours is positive, taking the total case burden to 60,096.
The district now has 2 patients who are in care.
Gondia: Zero Case Day is reported because all 258 tests are carried out in the last 24 hours negative.
Now, four patients are in treatment.
Three of them were in a temporary home isolation at the hospital.
Gadchiroli: In all, 674 tests are carried out in the last 24 hours which is tested positive.
One patient recovered from the district on Sunday.
This makes the number of patients less exercising who have not changed at the age of 14 years.
