Noida: The Noida Authority has hired the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi, also as an advisor to prepare a master plan for New Noida which will be created to 20,000 hectares.
The job will develop across 80 cities between Dadri and Khurja at Bulandshahr from the Delhi-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR).
Though a preliminary draft of this plan is very likely to be prepared by October 2021, the final report is expected from April 2022, officials explained.
“We’ve hired SPA to create the master program for New Noida, that is developed throughout 20,000 hectares.
Aside from agency choice, nothing was determined or ready nonetheless.
The bureau will require about ten months to ready the master program, which might be a mixed version,” said Ritu Maheshwari, the chief executive officer, Noida Authority.
On January 29, 2021, the authorities had awarded the 80 cities to Noida Authority for growth.
A Few of the places were below the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority in August 29, 2017.
According to officials, this area may be built on the areas of Dholera investment area in Gujarat, which will be situated across the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC).
“Dholera is among those investment places that’s being analyzed as a model to its New Noida program.
We expect the agency will likely soon be prepared using a base map from October 2021,” explained Ishtiyak Ahmed, general director (likely ), Noida Authority.
“That which is at a preliminary phase.
However, the attention is on international investments and innovative infrastructure.
We haven’t obtained any territory however,” he added.
DNGIR is among the seven suggested investment areas to the initial period of DMIC.
It’s but one of the main nodes of this DMIC project because of its location close to the american dedicated freight corridor.
DNGIR is dispersed around Bulandshahr and Gautam Budh Nagar and covers 85 villages.
Even a multi-modal logistics hub nearby Dadri along with also the multi modal transit hub in Boraki, Greater Noida, are a part of this proposed job.
