Agra: Agra residents allegedly shot dead with their neighbor’s pet dog with a licensed revolver and threw away dog bodies.
The incident, which took place on June 30, was recorded on CCTV cameras.
The police have registered firs into this problem.
SSP Muniraj G said the accused, Guarav Bhargaav, was ordered based on section 336 (anyone who took action that was so rushed or negligent to endanger the human life or personal safety of others), 429 (damage by killing or injuring livestock, etc.) from IPC and Daft part of the prevention of atrocities against animals acting at the conscious police station.
Even though the family fled, they would be arrested soon.
“The report to cancel the license will also be sent to the district judge,” said Muniraj.
CCTV footage 59 seconds showed the dog shot.
The suspect can be seen taking a dead dog in his car.
According to FIR submitted by one Mohan Babu, the suspect is an alcoholic.
