Ahmedabad: A 32-year-old man from Chandkheda on Friday filed a complaint to the police alleged that his two neighbors thrashed after he objected to their dog which urinated on a car tire on Thursday night.
In his code with Chandkheda police, Katocha Karnail, 32, a resident of Parth Avenue at Chandkheda, said the duo of the father and son accused – Chirag Malhotra and Sunny Malhotra – often chose fighting with members of their community.
Katoch said that he and other residents used to avoid a fight with Malhotras but they never controlled their pets.
He said that when he stood his balcony, he saw that Malhatras’s dog urinated in the tire of his car, which he cleaneded before.
Katoch said that he shouted from his balcony, told Sunny to make the dog still control it so it won’t urinate on the tire of the car.
Sunny began to abuse and threaten it with terrible consequences.
Katoch said he told him that he would go down and talk to him.
At Katoch took to the parking area, Sunny and Chirag were there with a stick in their hands.
Katoch alleged that the duo of the men beat him with a stick on his head and he began to blew heavy.
Witnessing the fight, another resident rushed in and saved Katoch from two accused.
He said he was taken to a private hospital where the Medico-legal case was archived.
Then, Katoch registered fir because it caused sad injury to Chandkheda police against Chirag and Sunny Malhotra.
