Ahmedabad: When Sagar Mehta borrowed Rs 25 lakh from the money lender at Khodiyarnagar, a little he knew the trials he had to face.
The 31-year-old player from Bopal claimed that, despite repaying RS 85 Lash, the money lender thugs kidnapped him, took him to various countries, and forced him to work in the call center there.
Police Nikol detained Shubham Rajput, a ghodasar citizen, followed the tip-off that he was involved in kidnapping.
