Ahd: Man pushes the wife of a bicycle after an argument

Ahmedabad: A woman, 32, a resident of Jivraj Park complained to Police Anandnagar on Saturday that her husband had pushed him from his bicycle after a fight for his brother-in-law’s behavior.
The woman claimed for the past 10 days, she came to live with her parents in Jivraj Park after fighting her husband.
He had called her husband there to complete the solution from his personal problems with his family and him.
To speak peacefully, the couple decided to go out and talk and go on her husband’s motorbike.
On the way, when he was driving, he had an argument that was heated with him for his brother-in-law, after which he pushed him from a bicycle near the Dhananjay tower on the satellite.
He claimed he had received an injury to his nose, and the observers had taken him to the hospital for care.
Anandnagar police registered the case under the IPC section 294 (b) (obscene words in public places) and section 323 (voluntarily causing illness).
