AHD: The owner of the food basket was beaten to death on the unpaid bill

Ahmedabad: A 25-year-old man was beaten to death by seven people, his cousin was injured in an attack on money in Bavla City in the Ahmedabad district on Monday night.
According to FIR submitted by Akash Thakor, cousin Rahul Thakor, who died, the incident occurred when Kisnis and his cousin Kisnis and Sanjay went to get money from the defendant, Sanjay Vania and his nephew Harshad Vania, as they ate eggs in the food carts, but not pay.
On Monday night, Rahul, Kishan and Sanjay went demanding the money but Sanjay and Harshad began to abuse it.
FIR stated that Sanjay, Harshad and their maid began to attack Rahul, Kishan and Sanjay.
They were armed with sticks, iron stems and machetes they attacked Rahul, because he was the owner of a food cart and demanded money.
When Kishan and Sanjay tried to save Rahul, they were also attacked by the defendant.
Meanwhile, someone named Akash and told him that Rahul had been attacked by members of the Dalit community.
Akash rushed there with another relative and found Rahul lying in a pool of blood, with foamy from his mouth.
He saved him and saw the defendant escaped from there while holding a stick and machetes.
Kishan and Sanjay managed to escape and go hospital.
Akash took Rahul to a private hospital where he was declared dead and his body was then taken to the public health center.
According to FIR, Kiswan also suffered severe injuries and was treated at a private hospital.
Police Bavla enrolled complaints for murder and assembly that violated the law and began an investigation.
