Ahmedabad: A resident of Navrangpura, who manages a tea shop near Gujarat University, on Thursday filed a complaint against three people because he beat him in a handwashing dispute by several customers.
The defendant and his son had a shop next to the tea complaination stall.
Mahipalsinh Chauhan, 24, a Pooja Flat resident in Locality Gulbai Tekra, said in a gujarat university police officer that the incident occurred around 9:15 a.m.
on Thursday.
Chauhan said that defendant Bhupendra Panchal and his son Vedang Panchal had a shop right next to his shop.
On Thursday night, Bhupendra and Vedang came to Chauhan and told him that his customers used to wash their hands in front of their shop because their shop became dirty.
Chauhan said that he tried to convince them but the duo of the father-child and one more people began to abuse this problem.
When Chauhan opposed harsh words, they struggled.
Chauhan said that the defendant damaged the CCTV installed in his shop and also erased the cable.
He said that they threatened to kill him after that he called the police and filed a complaint against the trio.
