AHMEDABAD: To haul its own ambition to sponsor the 2036 Olympics into Ahmedabad to the world of preparation, the state authorities will produce a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to perform the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Sports Enclave in Motera.
