Ahmedabad: A 24-year-old woman from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, filed a complaint to the police Sabarmati who alleged that her husband seized him about sex and often struggled.
He also allegedly pressed him to make money from his parents.
The complainant married to the defendant, a resident of Sabarmati, in 2018.
Shortly thereafter, he allegedly started fighting with him for a small problem and left him in January 2020.
He then moved to his parents’ house in Kanpur.
After community leaders and family members intervened, the defendant took him back in February 2020, convincing them that he would not harass him again.
However, the fight between the couple refused to stop.
FIR stated that he would often hit him and asked him to make money from his parents.
“One time when he asked for my parents’ money, I told him that he was supposed to do it before marriage.
Angry, he trimmed me and it was my in-laws who came to save me,” he said in complaints.
“We don’t have a physical relationship since February 2020.
Every time I express the desire to be intimate, he will struggle me,” said the complaint.
He said that he had lived with him just to save their marriage.
On Saturday, when his parents came, the defendant was thought to behave badly with them and struggled again.
So, he called the police control room and filed a complaint of domestic violence.
