Ahmedabad: 10 positive covid tests, PSB branches are closed

Ahmedabad: The bank branch of the public sector in Vatva GIDC has been closed for two days because of the 10 employees testing positive Covid.
The source confirmed that the Bank of Baroda employed 15 people in this branch.
“Employees have provided samples for testing after one of them is tested positive.
Of the 14 samples, 10 tested positive, one tested negative and the other three reports will still arrive.
Because so many employees who come out of the commission, the branch has been closed,” said the source which is well placed.
Notifications have been laid outside the bank branch, asking customers to visit the nearest branch for important banking transactions.
The Bank Maha Gujarat (MGBEA) employee association previously made a representation to the State Authority and the State Level Banker Committee (SLBC), to reduce banking hours and reduce staff when cases increased.
