Ahmedabad: The mother of a 16-year-old girl filed a complaint for rape and violations of children’s protection from the Sexual Act (Pocso) at the Odhav police station against residents of her environment, Vijay Panchal, because they repeatedly raped her daughter and kidnapped her.
The mother of a woman stated that her daughter was used to going to Singarva Village for the stitch class from noon until 3pm.
On November 26, 2021, he did not return home until late at night.
He then called his brother in Gomtipur and during their search, they realized that the girl went with residents of the village of Singarva to Vadodara.
The complainants stated that his brother went to Vadodara and took his daughter to his house in Gommertur and after that he and his daughter had lived in Gommertur.
He stated that his daughter told him that he met youth and they often used meeting and the young man in the garden on three occasions.
He said that teenagers had sex with him without his consent.
The complainant stated that he did not file a complaint and shifted to Gomtipur.
On the night of January 26, he realized that the young man followed his daughter and came to the area.
