Fifteen fire employees and four automobiles reached the place and started operation to save the guy.
AFES officials stated that the guy climbed nearly to the peak of the tower when fire brigade personnel encouraged him to scale down, he followed their directions but unexpectedly utilised to become upset and scaled the tower .
Afterwards, the fire brigade staff place a turntable ladder, then approached him in a distance and also succeeded in bringing him down at about 3.35pm Thursday.
