AHMEDABAD: A 29-year-old girl from the Chandkhedaon Thursday registered a complaint with police alleging her fiance who operates in the postal section regularly molested her shortly after his marriage has been mended in October 2019 but afterwards in December 2020 struck their participation on the justification that their horoscopes didn’t match.
Inside her FIR together with Women’s authorities (west), the girl said that her parents were also searching for a suitable dress for her union from October 2019.
She stated that among her community members created a union proposal and also introduced Maulik Desai, the accused in the situation.
Since Desai’s parents weren’t living, the girl’s father didn’t wish to marry their daughter .
But after, when Desai chased his suggestion to marry herparents consented to their union in October 2019.
On November 11, 2019, Desai took her into Indroda Park at Gandhinagar in which he molested her for the very first time and afterwards when he was shedding her into house, he maintained molesting her, also alleged that the girl.
She stated they got engaged in a resort near Zundal Circle about December 5, 2019.
Afterwards, he met her in her house or at various parks at Gandhianagar and Ahmedabad town at which he molested her regularly, she is alleged.
She stated he was able to whine that she wasn’t enthusiastic about love and she didn’t understand how to kiss.
On December 9, 2020, Desai and two of the relatives moved into her house and also returned a coconut and also a single rupee stating that his involvement with the complainant was broken since their horoscopes didn’t match.
She explained that because her parents had listened to this attitude, he started defaming her one of members.
Finally, she approached authorities and registered a criticism of molestation against him.
