Ahmedabad: Police Danilimda arrested a 21-year-old man, Sohail Shaikh, who allegedly kidnapped his six-year-law brother, Riyan, and killed him.
Sohail a big fight with his wife after that he killed Riyan angrily.
According to police Danilimda, Sohail killed Riyan and threw away in the canal near Changodar.
Police said complaints for the kidnapping were registered at the Danilimda police station on Tuesday.
The police have now increased allegations of murder and caused the loss of evidence.
The police said the complainant, Batul Shaikh, Mrs.
Riyan, stated that on January 24, Riyan went for the school’s money and when he did not return until 8pm they went to ask the teacher’s place.
The teacher tells them that Riyan hasn’t arrived for school money.
The family then filed a complaint for kidnapping.
The search for Riyan is intensified and the family starts sticking to the poster-poster as a disappearance.
The police said during their investigation, a 27-year-old man Vijay Parmar said he had seen Riyan driven somewhere in a pedicab.
He said Sohail had taken Riyan in his rickshaw.
When they interrogated Sohail on Friday morning, the police were told about a body in the channel Fatehwadi.
The police then learned that the body was Riyan.
Sohail then claimed to commit a crime.
Police said Sohail married Zara aka Nazo, a sister of Riyan, three years ago.
The couple was fighting recently and Sohail decided to teach Zara’s lessons.
He loves his brother Riyan dear.
The police said that when the family began to stick to the posters, Sohail thought he would be arrested and decided to kill Riyan and throw his body on the canal.
The police said he was under the impression that the police would not be able to determine that the body was Riyan.
