Ahmedabad: In a dared to be executed on the busy Ashram road on Monday night, three criminals borne by bicycles fired a shot on employees from three Angadia companies and robbed RS 7.5 lakh cash, and bars and silver ornaments worth Rs 7 Lakh.

The three defendants had been arrested from Sardarnagar.

Balwant Rajput, 40, one of three-fired employees, was rushed to the Sol Civil Hospital with bullet wounds under his left knee.
According to police officers, the incident occurred when three Angadias employees came off from Bus St near the Ashram Road flyover.
“Three employees worked for the Madhav Magan firm, K Ashwin and Mahendra Pravin from Ratapol.
They arrived from Desesa in Banaskantha after collecting silver ornaments, silver bars and cash from the company Angadia.
