The garden was created in 1996 with a city-based architect.
As stated by the redevelopment project file, the newest amphitheatre is going to be dispersed over 3,000 square feet and may have two storeyed gymnasium.

The new layout has a two-storey gymnasium covering 6,000 square foot.
According to the record, the playground will also receive a wellness cafe.
