Ahmedabad: A 32-year-old woman from the City Vastra area on Wednesday filed a complaint at the Women’s Police Station (West), accused her husband, based in Poland, lowering it to violence when he objected to his nakedness.

In Fir it, the woman said she married the defendant on November 21, 2016, according to her family’s wishes.
He took him to Poland in 2017, which he took Rs 5 lakh from his family.
When he got there, he learned that he was addicted to alcohol and had a relationship with another woman, but he was silent to save his marriage, he said in FIR.
“I used to see it to make nude video calls with other women while getting drunk and when I objected, he used to beat me and threatened to leave me.
When I was new in Poland and wanted to save my marriage, I tolerate his mistake,” he said.
On October 9, 2019, he gave birth to a son but even then he continued to torture him.
On February 3, 2021, the family came to India, where he lived in his parents in Ranip.
He then did not get his visa updated.
In April 2021, the complainants and his son were found to have Covid-19, and his husband and his father-in-law told him not to go to their place and stay at his parents’ house.
He alleged that his husband and in-laws told him that they would make them accepted at Asarwa’s civil hospital if he tried to go to their house.
In May, he flew back to Poland to leave him and their son in the city.
He did not respond to his call and message since then, after that he approached the police and filed a complaint of domestic violence against him.
