Ahmedabad: Prahladnagar Teacher DV Case File

Ahmedabad: A 41-year-old woman from Prahladnagar filed a complaint to the Police of Women (West) alleged that her second husband was harassed and struggled and his son.
The woman, a secondary school teacher in Bopal, said that he had a 16-year-old son of the first marriage to take place from 2004 to 2012.
On January 22, 2018, he married a resident of Gurukul.
A Divorcee, he also has a 18 year old girl from her first marriage.
The woman’s complaint stated that she agreed to marry her after the guarantee that she would treat her son like hers.
However, after marriage, his attitude towards his stepson changed and he would often arise him.
In October 2020, her husband was under house isolation after being diagnosed with Covid-19.
At that time, he asked him and his son to press his feet but he rejected the infection of fear.
Angry, he allegedly struggled them both.
In November 2021, the family traveled to Jaisalmer where he allegedly hit the boy very badly so he had to be hospitalized.
Police from Rajasthan bear the cost of care, his complaint was stated.
At that time, he also submitted a request with Rajasthan police to file a complaint against him but then hit a compromise with him.
The family side of the husband also tried to convince him to change his behavior, but in vain.
Harassment continues.
On December 10, 2021, her husband accused her son stole bread from the Tiffin box and accused them of stealing from habits.
When he objected to the comment, he hit him and his stepson before throwing his cellphone into the toilet.
He then approached Anandnagar police and submitted a request against him.
However, when the police started the investigation, he left home.
Then, his complaint was transferred to the female (Western) police and her husband ordered for domestic violence.
