Ahmedabad: The Road Transportation Office (RTO), Ahmedabad, has explored the main racket where fake licenses are issued with the Gandhinagar RTO signature.
However, RTO officials must try to battle a long jurisdiction with the police to register complaints.
Finally, it was filed at the Vastrapur Police Station on Thursday.
Hardik Goswami, 31, a motorized vehicle inspector with Ahmedabad RTO, registered a complaint under the 420 IPC (cheat), 465 (forgery), 467 (valuable security forgery), 468 (forgery for cheating), 471 (used as original document forged ) And other sections from IPC.
Goswami in his complaint against Kunal Patel, a resident of Thaltej, and one Kalpesh claimed that a fake license was shown as issued by Gandhinagar RTO but had a Digital AHMedabad RTO signature.
The complainant stated that on February 17, one vagahla, a resident of Gandhinagar, and Kunal Patel visited RTO Ahmedabad and met Assistant RTO Vinita Yadav.
As soon as he said he had paid Rs 3,000 per license and got six licenses from Kunal.
He said Kunal gave him a license nilesh vaguela and Ankit Vaghela, both residents of Gandhinagar, Rahul Rupael, Dhrumil Jadav and Sunil Chavda, a Kalol resident.
