New Delhi: Junior Friends from all India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has accused sexual violence by a senior doctor.
Senior police officers said the incident was allegedly happened in September during a birthday party outside the campus.
The suspect escaped.
The incident was allegedly reported at the Hauz police station typical on October 11.
When reaching AIIM, the police team found that the victims were also a doctor there.
“The medical report was questioned.
He told the police that on September 26, one of his senior doctors forced him when he left for another colleague’s birthday celebration,” said Benita Mary, DCP (South).
Based on his statement, rape cases have been registered in the IPC 376 and 377 section, DCP added.
The police have recorded a survivor statement before the judge below part 164 of the criminal procedure code.
“Some teams have been formed and the raid is being carried out to arrest the suspect,” said Mary.
“We also use technical supervision to track the earliest.” The police also questioned other doctors who were present at the party.
