Aims to play for several more seasons: Joshna Chinappa

At the age of 35, most players passed the top or faced the challenge to remain hungry.
But it clearly did not happen with Joshna Chinappa who continued to run stronger even though it was on the International Squash Circuit for more than two decades.
Joshna had an important start for the year when he returned to Top-10 in the world ranking last week after a gap of more than five years.
“It is clear to be able to return to the top-10.
But the goal is to continue to increase it and go higher,” the world does not.
10 to Ti.
With the Commonwealth game in Birmingham and Hangzhou Asian Games scheduled later this year, Joshna is understood interested in staying in the best form.
“Both CWG and Asian Games are important events.
The key is for me to choose and choose this year’s tournament.
You not only need ranking points to maintain your rank but also have to stay fresh,” showing Joshna.
Joshna will in action in the upcoming Cleveland Classic in the United States to be held from January 27 to 31.
“I will display several tournaments in the US to start the new season,” Joshna said.
Joshna was seeded fourth in the tournament and had a bye in the first round.
He is scheduled to take the winner of Georgina Kennedy and Emilia Soini in round 2.
Given the current form and fitness, Joshna plans to continue playing for the next two years.
“The trick is to take a tournament at a time and see how it goes.
But yes, I aim to play for some more seasons,” he said.
Joshna, who most trains in Egypt and England, felt a Pandemic Covid-19 had made the most of the players mentally stronger.
“This has affected everyone in the world.
This phase makes me appreciate simple things in life even more.
Be it a schedule or tournament — Everything has become Haywire in the past two years.
One must be prepared for the event to be canceled at the clock 11 if there are infected ones.
Not only physically, even mentally — the player must be ready, “Joshna said.
Did he plan what he wants to do after he calls it stop? “I haven’t really thought about it.
However, one thing is clear — it will involve helping children take sports,” he said.
