New Delhi: Bharti Airtel on Friday announced the closure of the agreement with the Reliance Jio Infocomm to transfer ‘the right to use the’ spectrum of 800 MHz Airtel to three circles to Jio.
Airtel said he had received Rs 1,004.8 Crore (after deducting taxes) from Jio for the proposed transfer.
In addition, Jio will assume the future liabilities of RS 469.3 Crore related to the spectrum, the statement is added.
Bharti Airtel’s agreement with Reliance Jio Infocomm involves the transfer of ‘the right to use the’ 800 MHz Airtel spectrum at Andhra Pradesh (3.75 MHz), Delhi (1.25 MHz) and Mumbai circle (2.50 MHz) to Jio, the company has said before year this.
