Ajit the pawar fired the accusation of the sugar factory as ‘unfounded’

Pune: Deputy Chairperson Minister Ajit Pawar on Friday has denied all charges on the case of Jarandeshwar Sugar Factory.
He said the Directorate of Enforcement was investigating this problem and the facts would come out soon.
“I have all the documents.
All charges made by the opposition are unfounded,” said Pawar, showing documents to the media here on Friday.
The pawar further said the auction of Jaranandeshwar Sugar Mill was carried out in accordance with all rules and regulations.
“The central body investigates this case and the facts will come out.
Agent of other countries, such as the Anti-Corruption Bureau, CID and the Investigation Committee chaired by a judge has investigated these accusations in the past,” said Pawar.
He said Jarandeshwar Mill was sold to the Commodity Services PVT Teacher Ltd following the orders of the Bombay High Court.
Pawar explained that the sugar factory failed to pay extraordinary contributions.
The court gave him a year and said it must be included for sale if he failed to clean his arrears in this period, said pawar.
After the factory failed to pay the outstanding amount, the State Cooperative Bank Maharashtra (MSCB) floated tenders that were responded to by several companies, because the offer of RS 65.75 Crore’s teacher commodity services was the highest, the Bank sold the sugar factory to the company, said pawar.
Deputy Minister of Chief claimed that the effort was made to mislead people by leveling allegations against certain sugar factories.
Pawar subsequently registered 65 sugar factories sold through auction or given a contract and claimed that some were sold in the range of Rs 3-10 Crore, but “no one raised this problem”.
Asking about the allegations of the BJP leader Chandrakant Patil that the price of fuel soared in the state because of the attitude of the pawar to carry gasoline and diesel below GST, the CM representative said, “If the center reduces tax on fuel, the state government will definitely think about doing the same, “He said.
