AKASA orders for CFM machines worth $ 4.5 billion for Boeing 737 Max

New Delhi: Billionaire Investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala – which was promoted by the air has ordered a $ 4.5 billion LEAP-1B CFM machine at the price of register for 72 Boeing 737 Max which was booked at Dubai Air Show on Tuesday.

CFM International EVP Philippe Couteaux said: “We are proud to develop strong relationships with akasa and play a key role in the launch of their operations, by giving them the use of industry leading assets, fuel efficiency, and overall ownership costs.” In a statement, CFM said : “Because the CFM delivered the first CFM56 engine in the early 90s, the company has developed a relationship that believes in Indian major airlines and plays a key role in the continuous growth of the Indian domestic market, nearly 600 engines.
Operated by airlines from Indian continental children and more than 1,700 leap machines in order.
