Gorakhpur: Chairman of the Yogi Adityanath minister on Saturday said that “Discipline is a soul of a healthy competition and ‘Akhand Jyoti’ from Maharana Pratap Siksha Parishad (MPSP) illuminated by Brahmmaleen Mahant Digvijaynath will continue to spread light in society”.
He spoke at the opening ceremony of the 89th Maharana Pratap Shiksha (MPSP) Foundation on Saturday at Gorakhpur.
“This event is a disciplinary festival and ‘Akhand Jyoti’ of the service (Seva Sadhna Aur Tap) lights up by Brahmmaleen Mahant Digvijaynath in the east will continue to spread light.
Gorakshpeeth will continue to fulfill the responsibility of bringing social harmony, health and education in the community,” CM said .
“The establishment of Mahayogi Gorakhnath Vishvavidyalaya is the next termination in the continuous journey of MPSP and we will continue to educate discipline and simplicity to future generations and let them take a bath in the Indian Cultural Knowledge (Ganga Ganga Ganga).

The minister’s chairman described the History of MPSP and said at the age of 36, Mahant Digvijaynath founded MPSP in 1932 and established the first school of Parisades in the honor of his teacher because he (Teacher) was associated with freedom struggle.
When an English officer found out that, they drove him from school and today the first school founded by him was known as Inter College parliamentarians.
