Expressing the inability of giving permission, officials suggest SP head reschedule the event on November 17 or every day later.
Reacting to the rejection of permission, spokesman SP Manoj Rai Dhoopchandi, “The party has planned a public meeting at Pakhanpura (Haidaria) between 11:30 a.m.
