T’puram: Even when the State Police tried hard to find all the culprit in Alappuzha Double Murder, the National Police Chief Anil Kant has produced more guidelines to ensure that everything remains under control.
As per the fresh guideline issued on Friday, a wise list of districts from everyone who had previously been charged in a criminal case – both SDPI and BJP-RSS activists – will be prepared.

The police have been asked to collect details of those who participate in planning murders or helps murderers by regulating vehicles or weapons, and capturing them.

The police have registered 30 cases in four days against those who spread the messages under the IPC 153 and 120 (O) Kerala Police Act, 2011.
