US actor Alec Baldwin was being sued by members of the “rust” crew for a fatal shooting in the cinematographer’s set last month, said lawyer Wednesday.
A negligence suit also the name Armourer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, who claimed through his legal representatives that he was “framed” for the death of Halyna Hutchins.
Low-budget film lighting technicians, Serge Svetnoy said in the lawsuit that unintentional murder “was caused by negligence and negligence” main actors and producers of Baldwin and others.

When the film Armourer, Gutierrez-Reed was 24 years old responsible for firearms and ammunition.
In a statement issued Wednesday, his lawyer insisted again, he did not know why there was a living round in the set.
“We asked for a full and complete investigation of all facts, including the living round itself, how they ended up in the ‘Dummies’ box, and who put it there,” said Jason Bowles’ lawyer.
“We are sure that this sabotage and Hannah are being framed.
We believe that the scene was damaged as before the police arrived.”
Bowles said Gutierrez-Reed had met again with investigators from Santa Fe County Sheriff, and had “offer to share important and critical information” with them.
