PUDUCHERRY: All 14,674 class XII (plus-two) students on Monday are declared to be graduated and promoted in the Puducherry and Kara region.
The Director of Education T Rudra Goud, in a press release, said 6,884 boys and 7,790 girls were promoted without having to take the Council Examination which was canceled due to Pandemic Covid-19.
