Bengaluru: The state government on Monday told the high court that all repeaters, including private candidates who failed in the second PUC examination last year would be promoted by giving a sign of passing and signs of grace five percent.
In connection with the fresh candidate being promoted without an examination, the court was told that 45 percent marked each will be based on their performance in SSLC and 1 year PUC and a 10 percent sign will be vis-a-vis concerning the 2nd PUC assessment and the results will be stated before July 31, 201011 in the case of the Supreme Court.
