Ludhiana: Deputy Commissioner-Cum-Region Electoral Officer (DEO) Ludhiana Varinder Kumar Sharma on Monday directing the head of all government departments in the district to send details of their staff vaccination to the Deo office, failure will withdraw the actions of the department.
DC also directs officials, which are good to get themselves vaccinated or the second dose of maturity, to immediately complete the process because they will become representatives for election assignments.
Deputy Commissioner on Monday said this while leading a meeting of the Nodal Officer Committee related to the election in Bachat Bhawan, here today.
The meeting was attended by ADC (D) Amit Kumar Panchal, the additional Commissioner of MC Aditya Dachalwal, ADC Khanna Sakatar Singh Bal, ADC Javaron Dr.
Nayan Jassal, a civil surgeon Dr.
SP Singh, senior police officers, in addition to nodal officers from various related committees.
While leading a meeting, Deputy Commissioner said that all officials must take election assignments seriously and there is no hose in each part to be tolerated.
He asked all Nodal officers to resolve all paper work on time and give birth to officials so that the tasks related to the election can be released correctly.
He also directed a civil surgeon to give birth to vaccination staff in election training, so officials, who could not get themselves vaccinated, could take advantage of this facility.
