NEW DELHI: The Haj Committee of India on Tuesday declared that the programs for its pilgrimage this season stand declared because Saudi Arabia has said that only a restricted amount of individuals living in the Kingdom is going to be permitted to perform Haj because of this Covid-19 pandemic.
In a round, the committee stated that the Ministry of Haj and Umrah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has issued an announcement telling that because of coronavirus pandemic states it has made a decision to permit citizens and inhabitants within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia simply to attend Haj annually in restricted amounts and worldwide Haj was cancelled.
“Hence it’s been determined from the Haj Committee of India that the software for Haj-2021 stands ,” the round signed by Haj Committee of India’s Chief Executive Officer Maqsood Ahmed Khan read.
Last year and the authorities had determined Muslims from India won’t traveling to Saudi Arabia for Haj 2020 following the Kingdom hauled that pilgrims shouldn’t be delivered in the aftermath of this coronavirus pandemic.
