Nagpur: The Maharashtra government finally formed a new committee to seize regulations and regulations for pathological and microbiological laboratories in the state.
The panel formed earlier in May-late this year has no representation of practicing pathologists and microbiologists.

The newly formed panel has a representation of all stakeholders, directly from doctors to technicians, paramedics, consumers and officials.
The State Commissioner (Health Services) and Mission Director, Commissions Health Services, will become President of the statue of 21 members.
Deputy Director of Health Services will be a member secretary.
The panel will consist of 10 government officials and nine non-government members.
Welcoming the decision of the State Government, Dr.
Sandip Yadav, the President of the Pathology and Microbiiolgist Association Maharashtra, said that the new panel had covered all stakeholders of work related to clinical laboratories.
“I am looking forward to presenting a request to practice pathologists,” he said.
Sandip Zade, President of the Medical Laboratory Technology Association which has a head office in Nagpur, will be a member of the city in this committee.
“The technologists play the most important role in laboratory work.
Good that the state will consider the views of all of us,” he said.
Non-government members of the panel include clinical biochemistry, microbiologists, lab analysis, and paramedics.
Dr Shantaj Deshbhratar, Secretary General of Maharashtra Association of secular teachers (must) represent the general public in this panel.
As far as practicing modern medicine doctors, three senior doctors from the pathology department of three government medical colleges in the state will be nominated on behalf of the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER).
The 10 member committee was formed earlier to formulate guidelines for medical laboratory control and regulations in May this year there was no representation of the pathologist or member of the Maharashtra medical board.

On July 8, the state dissolves this panel.
Since then, the formation of a comprehensive inclusive panel is waiting.
